University wants to do everything possible to make sure patients and families are satisfied with its services. Guests are asked to please notify the Care Line within 24 hours about problems with services, so we can investigate concerns and make every attempt to resolve the problem. We also want to know when people are pleased with services so that we can recognize employees who exceed expectations.
